Service Description

Sound & Restore with Ava Marino. Step away from the festival buzz and melt into a pocket of deep calm. This soothing restorative yoga session invites you to settle into restful poses while the sounds of singing bowls, gongs & drums ripple through the space. Let the vibrations wash over you, quiet the mind, and restore your energy — a peaceful reset for body, breath, and spirit in the middle of the day. *Pre-registration recommended ($20). Limited walk-in spots ($25 day of) What to Bring: * A Yoga Mat & any props needed (These will not be provided) * Any blanket or towel you wish to lay under your mat for extra comfort (optional). * Please be mindful and dress weather appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations must be cancelled one week in advance for a full refund. Any no-shows to class automatically forfeit their reservation and payment.
