KID'S YOGA

Where the Wildflowers grow! Our studio is the perfect space for children and caregivers to move, breathe, and grow together. Our kids and family yoga classes at Wildflower are rooted in play, connection, and mindful movement, supporting developing bodies, curious minds, and open hearts. From our tiniest blooms to growing kids, each class offers a nurturing environment where confidence, creativity, and calm can naturally unfold.
Wildflower Kid's Yoga (Ages 4-11 years)
Kids Yoga offers a joyful and engaging approach to movement that supports children as they grow, explore, and connect. Each class weaves together imaginative themes and mindful movement to help build strength, balance, focus, and coordination in a way that feels natural and playful.
Through gentle breathing and intentional movement, children are guided to develop tools for calming busy minds, navigating big emotions, and building confidence both on and off the mat. Drawing inspiration from nature, classes encourage grounding and creativity, helping children feel relaxed, centered, and supported in a positive, uplifting environment.
* Pre-requisite: Must be potty-trained.
Bloom Together: Homeschool Yoga (Ages 5-12 years)
A welcoming space for homeschool kids to move, grow, and connect.
Our Homeschool Yoga class is thoughtfully designed for children ages 4–12 looking for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful social connection. Each session blends playful yoga poses, guided breathing, mindful games, and relaxation techniques to help students build strength, flexibility, focus, and emotional awareness in a welcoming studio setting.
Classes emphasize cooperation, kindness, and self-expression, giving kids the opportunity to connect with peers, practice social skills, and enjoy group activities beyond the home classroom. Mindful movement helps students regulate their energy, strengthen concentration, and develop tools they can use in daily life.
Little Roots Yoga Pop-up Class (Ages: 18 months to 3 years)
Little Roots Yoga is a playful, nurturing class for toddlers ages 18 months–3 years and their caregivers. Through gentle movement, music, storytelling, and imaginative play, children explore their bodies, build coordination, and begin developing early mindfulness skills in a fun, supportive environment.
The class encourages connection and allows little ones the freedom to move and participate at their own pace, while caregivers are invited to join in and share moments of movement and joy. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come ready to play, connect, and grow together.
