ABOUT OUR STUDIO
At Wildflower Yoga Collective, we believe that all beings should live wild and free in life, nature and spirit.
Founded in 2014 by Jennifer Stas-Eliades, our goal has always been to bring a community of like-minded people together. So, we decided to open a yoga studio that offers classes all year around. With our fresh flowing classes & workshops, we strive to help students experience the positive changes that a bit of freedom in your practice can make. Whether it’s in your mind, body or soul, we welcome you to our yoga collective.

HEATHER FRAUNBERGER
E-RYT 500, Ayurevedic Yoga Specialist
Heather started taking Yoga classes in 2000 as she was working at a high stress job in NYC as a hairdresser. Her intention was to get “arms like
Madonna” That intention got her onto the mat, but she quickly learned that the benefits of a foundational practice cultivated a mind/body connection, and helped her pay attention and relax. Heather went on to acquire her RYT200 in 2010.
Heather’s Hatha Yoga instruction is deeply influenced by the Iyengar method, an alignment based practice. Students learn to deepen their foundational practice, and feel feedback from properly executed
sequencing. Heather designs her class for the students. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned Yogi, there is always opportunity to learn, and take
your practice to next level.
