I've never done Yoga before, are your classes for me?

YES! We accommodate every skill level in our classes. We like to say all of our classes are All-Level so we can incorporate everyone's practice level on the journey. Some classes you will find easier than other's such as Lavender Yoga and some may be be a little more difficult such as SUP yoga - where balance and being able to swim are key.

If you have any questions and want to speak with us directly please email us at WildflowerSupYoga@gmail.com

I have an injury, can I still take your class?

We ask all students to fill out waivers at the beginning of class and let us know of any injuries you may sustain. If you have any broken bones/ injuries that prevent you from temporarily being mobile we may say to refrain until you are healed.

Will the Goats, go to the bathroom on me or my mat?

Well the plain and simple answer to this is, they may. They are farm animals and we don't have control of their bowls. But, in the event they do, we are right there to clean it up for you and you won't even know it happened. As for going to the bathroom - on - you ... it's like finding a needle in a haystack.

Do we drink wine during our Yoga practice for Wine & Yoga?

The answer to that is no. For two reasons - firstly for the safety of yourself and the well-being of others. The second is we would like to enjoy the benefits of our yoga practice and the opportunity to hold our practice in a beautiful landscape. The wine portion of this event is more like a treat after class.

I don't drink - OR - I/ my friend is pregnant, but still want to enjoy Wine & Yoga, can I still sign up?

Yes! Absolutely! We have had many groups where someone doesn't drink or someone is pregnant and would just like to enjoy a yoga practice out in a serene green landscape. Please contact us before booking their reservation for a reduced fee. You will still get your souvenir stemless wine class, but hey, you can use it for juice!

Can kids come to class?
