WILD & PREGNANT YOGA

Wild & Pregnant Yoga  is designed for expecting and new mamas who want to use yoga to live their best life during pregnancy and postpartum. Join us to connect with other moms, learn how to use yoga to bond with your little one, and bloom into motherhood.

Wild & Pregnant Yoga Workshop: A Pre/ Post natal yoga workshop for expecting & new mothers.
Join Katie and Meg for a 90 minute workshop on yoga in pregnancy and beyond. Katie and Meg synthesize their 800+ hours of yoga training and education as birth and postpartum doulas to bring this informative workshop to life. They will give you the tools to confidently move your pregnant and postpartum bodies, on and off the mat. The workshop will include time for movement, lecture and discussion. Build self trust, body intelligence and a deeper connection with yourself and your baby.
Note: This workshop is held once a month.
Bloomie Babies Mommy & Me Yoga
Blossom your little one into a Wildflower. Our Mommy & Me Yoga class is the perfect opportunity to move gently through your practice while connecting with your little one. Our class offers a peaceful and rejuvenating experience that will help you grow back into your practice with your little one by your side. You'll also get to meet other amazing mamas and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals in a nurturing and peaceful environment. We can't wait to see you on the mat and share this incredible experience together! 
Note: Babies under 1 year old welcome.  This workshop meets every other Wednesday starting April 10th.
What to Bring:
  • An toys that can be used to entertain baby on the mat.

  • Any extra padding you may want for under baby on your yoga mat.
