Unwind and reconnect at "Namaste & Novels," a unique event designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul. Begin your journey with a deeply restorative yoga class, guided to help you release tension and find inner peace through gentle poses, breathwork and essential oils. After achieving a state of blissful calm, prepare for a delightful "blind date with a book". Each participant will receive a carefully wrapped book, chosen to surprise and inspire, allowing you to discover your next great read without judgment from its cover. "Namaste & Novels" offers the perfect blend of mindful movement and literary adventure, promising an afternoon of relaxation, discovery, and perhaps, a new favorite story. * Class is limited to 16 participants Included: * 60 Minute Restorative Yoga Class (beginners welcome!) * Surprise Book & Fun Gifts * 30 Minute Book Discussion * Tea * New friends and a relaxed mind What to Bring: * Yoga Mat & Water * We encourage you to wear comfortable yoga or hang out clothing suitable for restorative yoga. You may also want something with long sleeves and socks to make you more cozy. Notes: PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT. CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations must be cancelled one week in advance for a full refund. Any no-shows to class automatically forfeit their reservation and payment.
