Join Millie for a special Pop-Up Sunset Yoga experience at Cervenka Farms! Spend a peaceful autumn evening outdoors with a gentle, all-levels yoga practice surrounded by crisp country air, open fields and a beautiful sunset. After class, head into the flower fields to pick your own bouquet of sunflowers and zinnias to take home with you — included with your ticket. Before heading home, be sure to stop by the farm stand for fresh produce, homemade breads, pies and other seasonal favorites. Come for the yoga, stay for the flowers, and enjoy a little time to slow down and soak in the season. Included: * Exclusive 60 Minute Gentle Sunset Yoga Class (beginners welcome) * Pick-Your-Own Bouquet of Sunflowers and Zinnias to take home with you * Photo opportunities out in the Flower Field * Shopping at the Farm Stand for Fresh Produce, Homemade Breads, Pies and other Seasonal Favorites. What to Bring: * A Yoga Mat & any props needed (These will not be provided) * Any blanket or towel you wish to lay under your mat for extra comfort (optional). * Please be mindful and dress weather appropriate.
