*THIS BOOKING IS FOR ONE CHILD ONLY* (to book more than 1 child, see other listing) This thoughtfully designed Kids Wellness Retreat offers a gentle, joyful introduction to mindfulness, movement, creativity, and self-care. Through heart-centered breathwork, calming crafts, mindful movement, and guided relaxation, children are supported in building emotional awareness, confidence, and inner calm. Each session is age-appropriate, playful, and grounding, giving children simple tools they can carry with them beyond the retreat to support relaxation, self-expression, and emotional well-being. ​ Included: *  Storytime & Breathwork (including Wikki Stix creations) * Calming Craft (Calming Bath Bombs, all supplies included) * Movement & Affirmations * Relaxation & Gratitude Peaceful Pause * Take-away Packets What to Bring: * A Yoga Mat if you prefer your own. Mats available at studio. * Please be mindful and dress comfortably. * Water in water bottle Notes: * This event takes place at: Wildflower Yoga Collective, 50 Mine Street, Flemington, NJ * PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT. Limited to only 12 spots. * ALL CHILDREN MUST BE POTTY-TRAINED CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations must be cancelled one week in advance for a full refund. Any no-shows to class automatically forfeit their reservation and payment.
