Service Description
Disco Yoga with Jennifer Stas-Eliades & DJ Lawless Step onto the mat and into the groove. With a live DJ spinning upbeat tracks, this playful yoga flow blends movement, music, and a little bit of dance. Let the rhythm guide you and flow to the beat as the music lifts your energy and your spirit. Come ready to move, laugh, and feel the vibe — where yoga meets the dance floor. *Pre-registration recommended ($15). Limited walk-in spots ($20 day of) What to Bring: * A Yoga Mat & any props needed (These will not be provided) * Any blanket or towel you wish to lay under your mat for extra comfort (optional). * Please be mindful and dress weather appropriate.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations must be cancelled one week in advance for a full refund. Any no-shows to class automatically forfeit their reservation and payment.
