Moon Magic: Lunar Salutations in the Lavender Fields
Step into the lavender fields and begin the day guided by the energy of the moon. Through a grounding Moon Salutation practice, we’ll move in a slow, fluid rhythm designed to awaken our divine feminine energy and connect us to the moon’s intuitive, cyclical nature. Surrounded by the farm’s second lavender bloom, this all-levels practice invites you to soften, turn inward, and move with intention as we set the tone for a little Wildflower magic to come.
12:00-1:30 pm | Teacher: Valentina Killough
Lavender Alchemy: Oils, Intentions & Potions
Discover the magic and meaning behind essential oils as we explore how different scents have long been associated with energy, intention, protection, grounding, love, abundance, and more. Learn how to intuitively choose and blend oils based on the energy you want to call in, while discovering the special role lavender can play in ritual and intention setting.
Then, head into the fields to harvest your own lavender before creating a personalized intention potion—a custom essential oil blend infused with the scents and intentions that speak to you. Bottle up a little magic to take home and carry your intention with you long after the retreat.

Create Your Own Lavender Moon Wreath
Close the day with a little creativity and magic as you create your own crescent moon wreath inspired by the season. Using natural grapevine, you’ll adorn your moon with bundles of fragrant lavender and sage, then add crystals and other little treasures chosen to ward off negative energy and invite positive energy into your space. Each moon will be uniquely yours—a beautiful, witchy keepsake to hang at home and a reminder to carry a little of the magic from the day with you.

Adrienne & Don
Owners of Mad Lavender Farm
In 2012, when the future of our family’s 10-acre farm came into question, we saw the opportunity to fulfill our dream of sustainable living and to share our vision with a greater community. Once a popular “pick-your-own-raspberry” farm, our family’s crop was demolished by the ever-increasing deer population. In our search for a deer-resistant crop, we discovered Lavender. The more we learned, the more enchanted we became with Lavender for its beauty, variety, healthful properties, and resilience. We decided to become lavender farmers.
In 2013, we planted our first crop of lavender on our sunny hilltop and it thrived beautifully. Beehives were brought in to pollinate our plants, and WWOOF helpers came to help us build our dreams. Years later, we have seven different varieties of lavender, a Lavender Labyrinth, and a lovely line of lavender products. All of our products are made by hand, here on the farm. Our honey and beeswax products come from Sweet Cheeks Apiaries. Everything is grown organically with absolutely no pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
